مر الرئيس الأمريكي جو بايدن هيئات الاستخبارات بإعداد تقرير حول أصل فيروس كورونا، وسط جدل متزايد حول بداية ظهوره، وما إذا كان الفيروس قد سرب من أحد المعامل في الصين.
وطلب بايدن من هيئات الاستخبارات الأمريكية “مضاعفة جهودها”، وتقديم تقرير له في غضون 90 يوما.
وحذر مسؤولون في السفارة الصينية في واشنطن من “تسييس” الجهود الرامية إلى تحديد أصل فيروس كورونا.
