The 10 most expensive Cuyahoga County homes sold in June, see which one topped the list

The top 10 Cuyahoga County homes sold for at least $1.25 million in June, including three in Rocky River and two in Gates Mills, and topping out with a $2.55 million sale in Pepper Pike.

The others topping $1.25 million were one each in Bratenahl, Brecksville, Chagrin Falls, and Solon.

These 10 homes are part of a total of 29 Cuyahoga County homes sold for at least $1 million in June.

The most expensive purchase was a modern ranch-style house in Pepper Pike near the Pepper Pike Club. The home was built in 1994, with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two half-baths, and an attached garage for three vehicles, for a total of 6,188 square feet.
