City reveals first glimpse of lakefront ‘land bridge’ concept in application for state money

The nonprofit Green Ribbon Coalition released a concept in 2019 for a 5.3-acre, “land bridge” that would create a green deck over the lakefront railroad bridges and Shoreway, bridging the gap between the downtown Mall and lakefront attractions. NOACA, the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency, wants this concept analyzed in a new city feasibility study of lakefront connections
