Chilly weather kicks off the work week in Northeast Ohio, with chances of both snow and rain showers on Monday.
The National Weather Service says the best chances for snow showers are before 11 a.m., with temperatures in the mid-30s. It will be cloudy throughout the day and there are is a slight chance of rain through mid-afternoon. It will be dry but cold and cloudy Monday night, with lows around 27 degrees.
The rest of the work week will be relatively mild, with highs reaching the low to mid-40s. Tuesday is looking pretty good, with mostly sunny skies and highs in the low 40s. It will be gloomier for the rest of the week, with mostly cloudy skies and chances of rain showers Wednesday and Thursday, then chances of snow showers Friday.
It will turn colder for the weekend. High temperatures Saturday will stay in the mid-30s and snow showers are likely. Snow showers remain possible Sunday and highs will be in the mid-30s.
