CLEVELAND, Ohio — An Oakwood Village man who is a suspect in the rape of a young child was arrested Thursday by federal agents in Warrensville Heights.
Detemtrius Simmons, 22, was found by members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Oakwood Village Police Department in a residence on the 4500 block of Granada Boulevard, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
